We stopped at the Georgia Aquarium on the way home from NC. It's the largest aquarium in the world. I was in Monterey when the Monterey Bay Aquarium opened in California and I've loved whales and other sea animals ever since. I've always wanted to take my kids there.
We stood in line in the rain and got tickets for an hour later. We walked about 1/2 a mile to get something to eat in the meantime. It was packed. It was beautiful, but sooooo many people! Jason was even impressed.
